Join us for our monthly prayer meeting. This will be Greg and Marcia Harris' last Sunday before their move, so this will be a time to love on them as well as pray together as a church. There will not be childcare for this event, but please bring the whole family! We hope to see you there!
Men - it's your turn! Come on out for the first Men's event of the year. The retreat will be full of teaching, worship and time to hang out with each other. And food. Definitely food. Go ahead, mark your calendars and REGISTER HERE. (The event was previously scheduled for 3/24 but needed to be changed due to scheduling conflicts).
Freedom is found through a relationship with Jesus Christ
Breaking free from addiction takes a lot of support. Whatever you’re struggling with - alcohol, drugs, purity, eating disorders, guilt, etc - there is life and assurance of a new identity in Christ. Our hope is that all who come, whether in the midst of a life dominating sin or with a heart to love others who are struggling, will find new life in Christ and learn to share their story of healing with others. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Starting January 8th, we will begin hosting weekly prayer meetings, every Monday from 6:30-7:30 am at Crossway. As a church, let's pray with faith and with a deep scriptural anticipation that our prayers accomplish much (James 5:16)! God delights in His people calling out to Him for the help that only He can provide. We hope you will join us!
For 2018, we are trying something new for our Men's and Women's ministries! We will not have a weekly or monthly Bible study this year, but instead, we will have two "mini-retreats" the first half of the year in addition to our big overnight retreat in the Fall. At all three retreats, both the women and the men will be studying through the book of Colossians.
These mini-retreats will be all day on designated Saturdays from 8 AM - 4 PM and will include worship, multiple teaching sessions, small group discussion, Q&A forums and time to hang out and get to know one another. LADIES FIRST! Sign up today for our first Women's mini-retreat on Saturday, February 24th -- REGISTER HERE:https://crosswaywilmington.breezechms.com/form/64551f
You are invited to CONNECT (formerly known as "Get Acquainted", a gathering intended for anyone who is newer to Crossway -- if you aren't a member of Crossway and/or you haven't been to a "Get Acquainted" gathering then this is for you! This is an informal time where one or more of the pastors will be available to share our vision and background as a church and also provide a setting for you to ask any questions you may have.
On Saturday, December 23rd, Vigilant Hope will be providing Breakfast, Lunch, AND dinner to the Wilmington community. There will be a greater need for servants this particular weekend. We will provide more details this Sunday during service, but if you can plan on serving during one of those meals, it would be a blessing to our community!
The address is 1626 Lake Branch Drive (28401). Please contact Greg Graham with any questions - (406) 396 - 1039.
This Sunday we are continuing our Christmas series titled "Songs of the Season" where we are preaching through the content of some the most well known Christmas songs. Our desire is to see each of these songs move beyond sentimental to engage our hearts in worship during the month of December!
We are so excited to celebrate the Christmas season with the Youth Group! Dress up or down in the most Christmas-y outfit you can put together (ugly sweaters, onesie pajamas, santa suits, etc). We will do a “Gift Exchange,” in which you will bring anything random from home that you no longer wish to keep - no spending money! Wrap it up and bring it with you! We’ll also have Christmas cookie time and watch the movie Elf. Everyone grades 6-12 is welcome, invite your friends!
Let us know if you can come, and if you need a ride! (Rachel:281-799-4672)

Come and learn about health & wellness from our brother, Brian Geer: My heart behind the wellness class is to assist God's People in learning how to care for themselves. I have learned a lot through my personal experience with illness, as well as reading about nutrition as a hobby, pursuing exercise science for my college degree, and working in the medical field. I want to share what I have learned with those who are interested in learning how live healthier lives. The goal is to glorify God through how we care for ourselves, and to have the energy to do the tasks that He has called us to.
If you're interested, please contact Brian directly at email@example.com
As a church, we are taking intentional steps to be involved in ministering to those who have been affected by the Opioid Epidemic in our city.
As part of this initiative, we are asking anyone and everyone from Crossway to attend a public forum at Port City Community Church on September 18th, 6-9PM, to promote awareness, education, and prevention.
At the very least, this forum will provide you more context about this epidemic so you can pray more specifically about the way God's people are getting involved. Visit www.mvmtilm.com for additional details.
The theme of the retreat this year is "WORK in Progress". We will have three sessions studying the book of Philippians, which will include time to discuss and apply these truths to our lives as men.
The agenda for the weekend and additional logistics will be provided by September 10th. In the interim if you have questions please contact Matt Moorehead at 910-465-0264 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Looking forward to the time!

We are growing the old fashioned way -- one baby at a time! We want to take seriously our call as parents to instruct, train and shepherd our children to follow and love Christ. Parent/Child dedications provide a chance to pray for the new babies/children at Crossway and also allow us to encourage and pray for the parents as they seek to fulfill their God-given responsibility to steward these special blessings! Please SIGN UP here or you can do so on Sunday morning!
We have 2 dates available: Sunday, July 30th AND Sunday, August 6th.
Join us for a sweet time of blessing the Hopkins family before they head off for New York! We'll have an ice cream bar set up, so make sure to eat dinner before you come or feel free to make ice cream your dinner! We'd like to have a headcount so we have enough drinks and dessert for all.
